We represent the interests of the leaseholders and residents of the East Central estate.

 

The estate is made up several blocks including Vanguard House, the Martello Street Apartments and Hacon Square Flats 1-44. We're proudly located in the heart of the London Borough of Hackney and reside next to the popular London Fields park, only a short walk from the famous Broadway Market.​

The aims of the Association are:

 

• To represent the interests of the leaseholders and liaise with the managing agent E&M and the service company, Urang

• To represent the interests of the tenants of East Central limited to the terms set out in the constitution

• To improve and manage the buildings and the surrounding grounds

• To help deliver good value and responsible management

• To set and maintain a high level of welfare, wellbeing and a sense of community.​
